travel fees
A $50 minimum deposit is required to book all sessions. This secures the date of your session and time. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you choose to switch sessions. If a deposit is not paid your session is not booked!!
Travel fees are added on any location outside of Florence County. Travel fees will be charged by milage and proximity. Travel fees can range from $10-$100 on typical sessions. Wedding travel fees may be increased due to venue location.

Living in South Carolina the weather is always changing. If it is raining, thunder/lighting, a hurricane, snow, your session will need to be rescheduled & you'll be sent reschedule dates to choose from. The photographer will inform you of any weather issues prior to your session. If its cloudy the session will stay as is, unless you the client chooses to reschedule. I am NOT a sunset photographer - meaning I do not specialize in sunset photos, my edits are bright, light, and timeless.

cancelation - 24 hour notice
If you choose to cancel your session 24 hours prior to your session, any money paid to go towards your session can be credited to a rescheduled session. Your deposit of $50 cannot be refunded.
If I the photographer have to cancel your session due to personal reasons your deposit will be refunded. If the WEATHER impacts your session, you cannot get your deposit back, but you'll be sent some reschedule dates at no charge.

cancelation - less than 24 HOURS notice
If you choose to cancel your session less than 24 hours prior to your session, any money paid to go towards your session can NOT be credited to a rescheduled session. Your deposit of $50 cannot be refunded. AND a reschedule fee of $25 will be charged.
If I the photographer have to cancel your session due to personal reasons your deposit will be refunded. If the WEATHER impacts your session, you cannot get your deposit back, but you'll be sent some reschedule dates at no charge.
